Looking for a tent for myself, and atleast one person, preferably easy to set up and in good condition, Considering all sizes upto a 6 man tent.

Sleeping bags we are looking at perhaps a double and maybe some singles.

Soo Offer Me What Ya Got Guys :)

I know you seem to be looking to trade on here, but I saw some good deals in the latest Tesco direct catalogue and instore too. Might be worth a look if you don't get fixed up here.

Take LOTS of warm clothes etc, I went last year and was burnt in the day, but no cloud at night so absolutely FREEZING!! Good luck!

Also, don't buy a tent thats too big-it'll just be more cold air circulating inside!

from our experience..... brand are everything.... get a decent tent and watch all the others run down the field with theirs in the wind. I like Outwell and Vango. Also try and go for a 4 season sleeping bag that way its good in all weather. ( Speaks from experience from the first time we took fof with our Tesco value bags.....we live and learn)

gotta agree there, only been tenting for 6 odd years so not much experience but bought a cheapo Argos tent to get into it, horrible experience and lasted 2 outings, since then we have stuck to Outwell & Vango and they are superb, look on gooutoors website for some hefty reductions on branded tents..

go camping when windy/rainy and watch the argos/tesco/makro cheap tents getting battered...

for me it would be....

good brand tents, Outwell, Vango, Khyam

decent brand, Gelert, Sunncamp, Coleman

get the vango tempest 300 there going for about £80 its well worth the money takes all that weather can throw at it never buy a cheap tent its a waste of money.
