Looking for a Blackberry Q5 (£60) or Q10 (£100) that is unlocked to all networks. I would ideally prefer a black coloured one.

Item not yet received. Seller provided tracking number sent through Parcel2Go. Item tracked as delivered but nothing arrived here or with the neighbours. Have requested proof of signature from courier.
#8
Raised a Claim with parcel2go , Lets see what happens

not going to use parcel2go ever again ! :@
#9
Claim raised and Parcel2Go stated £20 claim and that was what the item was covered for. The option to add extra cover was there but seller clicked no and you can only claim for the amount of compensation that was applied on your order.

Therefore I am entitled to a full refund.

Trade Obligations
All threads must include an asking price or valuation of the item if intending to trade only. All items must belong to you or your household and be in your possession. You cannot revalue your item upwards after an offer has been made. Whilst you are not obliged to sell at the listed price, you should ensure your thread is closed and 7 full days have elapsed from the date of the last post before relisting. Once an offer is made and accepted, it should be considered final. Accepting a higher bid beyond this point is not permitted, this is not an auction site. Failure by either party to complete an agreed trade may result in suspension from the site. Goods remain the sellers responsibility until buyer has confirmed receipt of the item.

If the item has been lost in transit then the buyer is entitled to a full refund, they shouldn't be out of pocket for goods not received because the seller didn't opt for sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods when they posted the item.

Goods remain the responsibility of the seller until they are received by the buyer in the listed condition as per trade forum guidelines. Failure to resolve this matter will lead to a further trade review and should also be reflected in feedback comments left for the sale. Both parties are advised to discuss this matter off thread and to reach an acceptable solution.

As per mods comments "Goods remain the sellers responsibility until buyer has confirmed receipt of the item. I did not recieve the item, unfortunately there is no proof of delivery and postal service is offering a full refund but the item was only covered for £20. I expect my full refund.

This isn't ebay and a mod has confirmed rules. If refusing the refund please respond to PM and I can process claim. You seem to only respond to messages in the thread and not PM so I'm forced to put updates in here.

The item was not delivered and there is no proof of delivery. No sufficient insurance coverage or else the delivery company would refund in full. I just need the confirmation details in the PM no point going in circles. Let me make my claim.
