I have recently upgraded my hard drive in my Macbook Air and no longer need the 128gb unit inside, it is in perfect condition, wiped and ready for installation. Taken from my Macbook Air 11" Mid 2013 Version.

If you have any questions please let me know, open to offers.

I think 100 for a used 128gb ssd when you can buy new 256gb Samsung EVO for less with warranty is unlikely to sell. Good luck though.

lol wut? This can't be compared to a 2.5" SSD in terms of value...

Just out of interest, where did you source the replacement SSD from ? Suppliers of this kind of SSD seem to be very thin on the ground.

I'd probably say either OWC or Transcends Jetdrive.

I purchased a 512gb ssd for £320 from the states, the only place you can seem to get them. If you want the link let me know. It's very hard to get one for the mid 2013. Don't get this mixed up with the normal 2.5" drives this is completely different.

Is there a difference between the mid 2012 and mid 2013 SSDs in the air then ??

The mid-2013s moved to PCIe internal SSDs, which are significantly quicker. Most benchmarks have them at ~430 MB/s writes and ~725 MB/s reads.
