Xbox 360 swap for PC

I have an xbox 360 that is would like to swap for a PC the PC does not need a screen and needs to have the following:

Dual Core or better
512mb RAM or more
Windows
be able to upgrade the GPU to a Geforce 8 series

no slim PCs

The xbox 360 has a :
20gb hard drive
64mb memory unit
2 wired controlers
Wifi Bridge (offical)
Cod4, mass effect, R6V2, GRAW and 5 more.....

I have a HP NC6000 Laptop; 512mb RAM, Wireless builtin, AC adaptor, case - has XP Pro license on its bottom. The battery is kaput so will work 100% ok on mains but the battery wont hold charge - Ebay sell batteries for £15-20

Ill PM you too as I dont check threads - but will post here if we agree etc.

Got the following PC, thinking about trading it in,

Asus P5N-SLI Mobo
CPU - Intel E4300 1.8 ghz with stock Intel cooler
Ram - 2GB PC5300 667mhz
IDE DVD burner - Not sure on make or speeds but if anyone interested will check
120GB IDE Hard drive - Seagate I think
500w PSU
Silver Case with carry handle

Just needs a graphics card
