Sorry, as per the email just sent - I think your negative feedback is enough to ask for payment up front. If you feel differently then I'll sell to the other poster with 100% feedback, hope you understand.

i have been a member here for more than 5 years and you only have 1 feedback. I think mods will need to decide on this as you agreed to a sale
#10
Can't be bothered with all that mate if you are going to be so off key about it - all your negative feedback reports to issues with payment.

I'll send it to you then - for my sins!
#11
the negatives were a long time ago and one of them shouldnt have even been a neg, the mods have not removed it for some reason! the ones for negs were me not sending goods out, not ones where i havent made payment. just look at the all the positives
#12
Rest assured, as soon as i recieve it, payment will be made
#13
Will send Monday. Thanks.
#14
HowAboutNo - send it recorded if I were you, just to be sure due to the disagreement.

If you have reason to doubt a sale you can pull out with no mod reprisals - as the negs are around payment, i would say that you have a good enough reason to change the terms of the sale, especially as you are not just saying you'd pull out.

If you do go ahead, would send recorded as this will give a better idea of receipt than proof of postage will give you.

Thanks for all the advice, I'll go for recorded delivery.

Roadie can I ask if you are willing to cover the cost of that? Will likely be under £2.
#17
If sale falls through I too will be interested at asking

I would be happy to pay for recorded postage or pay like half upfront if you can not come to agreement with other seller.

HowAboutNo,

You have the right to sell to whoever you deem fit. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with anything you are able to retract the offer. I would follow the guide below given.

Caveat Emptor.

Do NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It’s in your best interest to check out these details yourself. The trading forums are the equivalent to a newspaper’s classified section, We cannot be held responsible nor can we vouch for any listings or sales/trades in this forum. Use your head, follow the guidelines, evaluate the risk and make your own decision.

Always follow the Trading Advice in full for agreed trades and prior to payment.

All buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that either party is genuine by providing and verifying the following via PM to each other:

* Landline telephone number – make a CALL to check out the area code and number are correct. Consider using the BT Directory or 192.com to verify.
* Name and address including postcode. Consider verifying via 192.com
* Valid e-mail address.
* If you’re using PayPal, check to see if the seller has eBay feedback. You can also make a small payment to and from each other to validate the PayPal e-mail address
* Only buy from Verified PayPal Members if possible

Do NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It’s in your best interest to check out these details yourself.

You may only withdraw from a sale in certain circumstances, e.g. a member refusing to adhere to the rules. However this thread has been bumped enough, you should be checking on a member status prior to acceptance, not afterwards.

In addition, do not revise your price afterwards. Recorded delivery/insurance is for the sellers piece of mind. I don't want to see the thread being bumped and this matter used as a basis for negotiation, regardless if at cost price.

Trade considered complete, therefore locking, although can be reopened by either party in the event of a trade dispute.
