It says in the review link I listed in the first post, but if your lazy here is a copy and paste:

# Multi-socket compatible: Intel 775 and AMD AM2, 754 939 and 940
# 92mm dual ball-bearing fan for best airflow and minimal noise
# Does not generate noise or vibration in Silent Mode.
# Pure copper (CNPS7000C-Cu) and pure copper and aluminum base (CNPS7000C-AlCu) materials ensure excellent heat dissipation.
# Compatible with single and dual core CPUs for Intel Socket 775 and AMD Sockets AM2/754/939/940.
# 92mm fan inside the heatsink maximizes airflow.

seen it, Was asking as it seems it needs extra bit added/ taken off depending on cpu, I assume it comes with all the bits and is easy to do?

Yup, only ever used the 775 mountings, the rest are still sealed in the packets.

£12 + post

Why don't you put down a price for postage

Due to the fact I don't know how much it will cost. I don't have any way of weighing it to find out. I can find the weight of the actual heatsink online, but + padding/box.. I'd expect it to be around £3 or £4 though.
