Selling my desktop which has been in use until last night as a 24/7 Minecraft server - overkill! It is a heavily upgraded Zoostorm custom build desktop PC:

- i3 4150
- Intel HD 4400
- Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V microATX motherboard with I/O shield
- Stock Intel cooler
- 8GB DDR3
- 250GB Seagate 7200.12 SATA HDD
- Small form factor Zoostorm case
- SFF PSU
- DVD drive
- Legal activated clean install of Windows 10 Pro

The RAM has been upgraded from 4GB to 8GB and the CPU from a Pentium to Haswell Core i3, and the failing 500GB hard drive replaced with a 250GB drive (might be able to find another).

Pricing this at £140, this is much less than I paid for the PC and upgrades.

I can also throw in a keyboard and 19" monitor (vertical line on the display) for £10 more.

HI, i was replying to your other post, Since you have quite a few, which would be best for gaming, not ultra settings AAA+ games, but just CS:GO, Minecraft etc, this one or the other one, or do you have another in mind that you are looking to sell, thanks

Hey, the CPU in this PC is much more up-to-date (2008 vs 2013), and the graphics, whilst not a dedicated card, is actually more powerful than the card in the HP. I'd say this PC is better for gaming though it's only dual-core and has a much better upgrade path - put the PC into a full-sized case later on with a better power supply and you could easily stick in even a GTX1080 if you wanted.

The only reason I priced the HP higher is that it has dual hard drives, the dedicated graphics (which although not a huge speed boost cost quite a bit), and the quad core CPU vs dual core in this.

Right now CSGO looks to be running decently https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKbHi7WW1V0 and Minecraft also well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bq_rUYKfv9g - I have used my laptop with a HD5500 which is not much better to play Minecraft at Full HD resolutions at a good framerate.

So yeah, I'd definitely go for this PC over the HP.

If you want I can put it into a full sized case, upgrade the power supply, and install a higher-end graphics card that would manage CSGO and Minecraft at 1080p High, I'll have to look at costs but obviously it'd be cost price, most likely under £200 for the whole PC.

Just checked, a friend is willing to sell me http://imgur.com/a/dzxdL this case and a CiT 500W power supply for £20, and CeX sell this GPU https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SGRAATI78502GB for £60.

I had exactly the same GPU and CPU in my old PC and that could run Far Cry 4 at 1080p on Medium to High and basically all games. Happy to do £230 for the lot?

I would definitely, have had an offer for RAM. Can drop to £110 without both RAM and HDD (1GB DDR3 stick for testing), posted first thing tomorrow ParcelForce 24hr.

Unless you have an UltraWide monitor not right now :-)

Locked as you have sold most parts elsewhere. Please do not relist this, in its current format or in a lesser spec format for 7 days.

UPDATE 14/04/15 - You can now list your item on HUKD if it is for sale elsewhere
This includes ‘Wanted’ threads. The onus is on you, however, to ensure all threads listed here and elsewhere are managed efficiently, and any potential buyers are kept notified of progress. You must clearly state within your thread description that your item is listed elsewhere, if you do not disclose this information initially, your thread will be locked and you will need to wait 7 days to relist. If you decide to list elsewhere and your HUKD thread is still active, you must add this to your description as a dated edit before you submit your listing elsewhere. This rule does not allow you to list multiple threads for the same item on HUKD (see rules on Managing your threads.) Your thread may be locked whilst moderators speak to you about your other active listings at any time.
