You could use a skinnable browser shyam :D I'm sure I saw one the other day. Could have been Opera I think.

Hmmm it is possible but it would be a lot of work for me to make a bunch of custom skins so right now it is a long way down the priority list of things to do! Most of the theme is done with CSS though so you could use custom stylesheets in Firefox or something if you want :)

Well.. no it wouldn't actually no, you can download many free templates for PHPBB....
