Just make sure you cancel before the end of the free 30 day trail.

After purchase, check your account purchase history to confirm no charge for first 30 Days.

I am doing all of the instructions above, but it's still trying to charge me £8.99 for the 1st month.

Exact wording below:

With this offer your subscription will be £8.99 a month for 1 month(s) (then £8.99 per month thereafter).

You can stop your subscription renewing at any time. Just go to My Account.

Just trying to sort this out with their live chat.

Thanks anyway OP. :)

You have to use the specific xbox link. It caught me out on one email before. Register with many emails to get multiple £10s. All cancel within 30 days. Think you had to stream X amount through the app. I borrowed a mates 360 and just set it to watch a few Disney films.

I have gone through the link. In the Terms and conditions, it says the link is nowtv.com/xboxone

If you go through the link and then purchase, then check your purchase history it shows that there is no charge for the first 30 days.

Just a bit weird how it says £8.99 for 1 month and then £8.99 thereafter. To me, that means there is no free trial and it would be £8.99 from today.

Edit: Oh and their live chat have told me to come back tomorrow as their system has not updated. Somebody will be able to help then.

Maybe you've already had a trial with them? Try a different card

Haven't got that far in the process yet. Only entered new email address and made a username. Then it is trying to charge me £8.99. Still talking to live chat atm.

Although the wording does give the impression you are signing up to a £8.99 movie pass, your going through the link that gives you a 30 day trial. As well as £10 xbox credit.

Once purchased, check you account purchase history for confirmation of free trial.

As long as you use different email address and username, you can have same real name, address and credit card.

I'm not sure I trust it. Looks like I'll be paying the £8.999 for the first month, which I don't want to do. Then I'll end up having a battle with NowTV for a refund which won't happen! Thanks anyway OP.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

Done it. Do we need to watch X amount of hours of movies? And when is the best time to cancel?
#18
any chance of getting Topcashback along with this deal?

any chance of getting Topcashback along with this deal?
It says in the terms and conditions that cashback will not work, as well as any other offers.
#20
I did this the last time it was being offered.

If I use my brother's card but the same address will I get the deal or be charged the full price?
#21
On the other NowTV threads (box and 3 months if movies for £12.50 in Tesco, Sainsburys etc) some reported that if you have ever had a trial with them before, you now need a different email and payment card (used to only need a new email address for a new account/new customer offer). Using an existing payment card already on their system results in full price bring charged for the free trial.
#22
this just for xbox one or can it work for 360?
#23
Cool - good to go with all the £12.50 box deals too.

As long as it's not the same card you'll be fine, I did 3 to my address with different cards and no issue the other month with the playstation credit

Both as it's xbox credit
#25
Tried NowTV when they were offering a £20 John Lewis voucher but they never paid out. Even had confirmation from an employee the day of signing up that everything was done correctly but they still said I didn't sign up right and eventually stopped replying.
#26
heated just done this for the PSN credit the other day
#27
has anyone received the £10 xbox credit yet?
#28
I did this the last time it was offered as well, but since then I've moved address and got a new card so I assume I can do it again?

And can you do this as many times as you like just as long as a different card is used each time, would it matter if I use the same xbox for every account?

I did this last year and it was about 6 weeks from starting the free trial to receiving the credit, that was normal for all others as well so I would expect the same
#30
Thanks for posting, but I'm not going to vote because I did this last time and never got the credit.

if it says voucher applied even though it still says £8.99 you'll be ok. If you continue there will be a page saying £0 before you even pay

#36
Thanks, signed up and didn't get charged. Could I cancel straight away and still get the £10 xbox credit ?

Is that £8.99 charge if I do not cancel before the 31st ? thanks

Edit: Just read the comment (^) apologies for repetition of the same question :P
