Then the fine print started to appear in different places on the web site. In your account it says 30 days free OR after your third disc is sent out, which ever is first. The voucher was advertised as when your first disc is sent out to you but then my email response was within 30 days. Also to cancel you HAVE to ring up and speak to a salesperson who tries and talk you out of it.

Never had a problem with lovefilm myself,had a dodgy disc once and the customer service was ace,cant fault it IMO, also,if you want to leave,instead of calling them,just remove your card details from the site ;-)

I signed up and I got a £20 voucher and already spent it!! Just about to come to end of free trail now, you know what, I think they are great so I'm going to stick with them, albeit on a lower package and I'm going to cancel my Sky movies (that is when the offer I'm on with Sky runs out :p!
