Successfully register your Nectar card number on ThomsonLocal.com, rate a business by leaving a review and collect 250 bonus points. To qualify for points by leaving a review, a review must include both the rating of the business using the 5 star system plus explanatory comments. You can collect up to 3,000 points a year through leaving a review on ThomsonLocal.com. Points will be allocated per review within 28 days of leaving your review. Only reviews approved to appear on ThomsonLocal.com will be eligible for Nectar points. Your collection year starts when you leave your first review on ThomsonLocal.com that is eligible for Nectar points.

I have done this and got my points, takes minutes to do reviews, easy money...

if you scroll to the bottom of the page the bottom paragraph explains about leaving a review for points, to collect points just register and search for businesses on the home page and leave reviews. The reason I linked to that page was because i posted this deal a few months ago but because there wasnt much info on the thomson local site about it no one believed me!

I've done this a few times already and the points get posted pretty quickly. Most of my reviews have been for take aways and are genuine. you can't really put a great deal of detail in the review so it makes it easy to keep it short and sweet.

Nice one.

It is a good way to get points. But do keep the reviews accurate and truthful. As I think it's great that Thomson is trying to build a qualitative database.

75p or £1.50 is you spend at ASK, but for a review you get 250 points so equivalent to £1.25 or £2.50 at ASK

Heat and rep left
#17
500 points = £2.50

to get 3000 = 12 reviews a year

Thanks OP have just signed up and left my first review.

Sadly most of the companies I use and like are not in the Thomsons Directory but I'll keep trying.

I dont see it written anywhere that you get points for leaving a review, only that you get entered into a prize draw.

Only see that when you call you earn points, funny because its advertising 150 nectar points for every call at the same time as advertising 50 points for the call.

This is a good deal, however half the takeaways and other services i wish to review are not even on the system! Seems to be far too out of date, to compete against say the like of trip advisor, or Yell.
#22
Good deal, registered and posted some reviews - heat and rep added.
#23
Good deal

Nice ill look at this in detail tomorrow. HOT.

It says in the terms and conditions that you can collect up to 750 points per week, does this apply to the reviews or just the advert phone-up offer?
#26
Left a review for a company I use but dosen't say I get points for doing this, how do you know the points have been added ?
#27
Received a 1000 points this morning!

Woo!
#28
Just got my first 1000 points, took about 10 days after submitting the reviews :)

Also it seems there isn't a limit on how many you can do per week, as I did 4 on the same day.
