Hi, I did consider that but I thought it was worth linking to a bit of background and it seemed fair that the NAS should get a bit of sales pitch in.

I've been saving up for 'Gender Differences at Critical Transitions in the Careers of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics Faculty' for ages and now it's free.

Only kidding, good find, have some heat...and now at least I can explain where the heat came from and where it goes.
