Thanks...if you are really into this, do search for Paleo and you will find about 20-30+ FREE books on kindle... some of them are very good
Thank you
Thank you for this post :3
So many different diets about but eating less or no processed sugar and more good fat, seeds and certain nuts, is definitely better for you. Fat and protein also makes you feel more full for longer suppressing the hunger.

If I want lose weight I have to eat less, calorie deficit, and exercise regularly at a sustainable level. Go too hard at the exercise and I tend to food binge or crave sweet stuff.

Sleep is also very important.

Thanks op
I just started this week, had my 2nd fast day yesterday and I've lost about 3lbs.
Not having any problems eating 600 calories, I have half a covent Garden skinny soup for lunch and make a grilled chicken fillet or salmon for dinner with grilled veg.
This book should give me some more variety when I have time/inclination to make something more interesting.

Great must read it.

I have been on this diet, not reading any book just sticking to 500 cals, lost near 28lb in 20 wks. I generally eat ham/beef and apples. Homemade vegetable soup is fantastic - big bowl for around 50cals.
I definitely overeat on the other 5 days so I am really happy with the concept of the diet.
There aren't too many diets where you can have a large fish and chips or quarter pound meal and still lose weight :)
Good deal, thanks
This deal has ended, it's £2.05 now.
