Which AV program are you using?

GOG is usually a very reputable site.

ive been on GOG.COM just over a year, got all the free games, including Fallout and none of them have viruses in any way, i can understand them having some form of emulation going on. but since when have trusted websites had viruses?

Old stuff we used to play on the Spectrum. Not much of a bargain, even free. Cold.

Because how dare anyone enjoy some nostalgia... or even have never played these before.

Yes, quite right... how dare anyone offer something for free! Pah.

Nothing is ever really free. Especially online. When there's no apparent charge, then you're the product.

Oh dear. You've heard that said about Facebook, didn't really understand it, and have tried to apply it here to sound intelligent. With Facebook, it's about gathering as much information about you as possible as you use their free service - in that case, yes, you're the 'product' they then sell to advertisers.

This is more like the free samples you get in Hotel Chocolat. They're there so you can sample their service, see how good it is, and purchase their other products. Nothing nefarious this time, but good try, champ.

More importantly, if you already have a gog account, just login and you get the free games.

They were never out on the Spectrum. Played several of them on the Amiga in the early 90's.

Yeah okay the're old but if you enjoyed them when you were younger then you may wish to return to them again, or show your kids.
