Hmm, just tried this code and got charged £6!

It said discounts would be applied at the end but it never happend!

I did the other 2 codes the other day with no problems....

Where'd you get this code from pinkmels?

All codes were sent to me in an email from a friend who'd done this

Yep, done the same to me

Jay - send them an email..I just told them that if they insist on charging me to cancel the order.

I wonder if this is account specific.

Was it the TRAVEL50FREE code that didn't work? I've used the other two and they definitely work

I have checked your order details, and unfortunately, we are unable to
apply the voucher code on this occasion.

Your order contained 6x4" prints. The voucher code is valid for 50 7x5"
prints only.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
#10
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been
placed.

This is because all orders are entered in to a fully automated production
system, which does not allow manual intervention.

This is clearly stated in section 6 of our Terms of Use.
#11
OP - you'll need to update the title or description in case others do as I did.

I manage to get the full 140 using the codes. The codes are a bit tricky. The last code TRAVEL50FREE works for 5x7 pics only!

so what I did....

First, select the 140 pics you want. Then group them into sets of 40, 50 and 50 (select the 50 you most like for the last set which will be bigger at 5x7).

Put the sets into three seperate zip files. Its just easier than using their method of uploading one picture at a time.

Put through the first 40 on 40FREEPRINTS

Then put through the first set of fifty on 50FREEPRINTS on a seperate order.

Then put through the last set of 50, at size 5x7, on TRAVEL50FREE, on a seperate order again.

If you've done it right each time, it won't even ask for credit card details. Select the store you want to collect from and voila!

You should then get three emails confirming your orders and then a further three when you can go collect them from the store. Got mine this morning :-)

hope that helps!

Jessops DONT do free delivery any more - is there a free delivery code?
#20
Tried both these codes last night - none of them worked.
#21
All worked fine 140 prints for one email and another 140 prints on another !

Just takes a while to upload the prints (probably 30 mins for 40 pics but if they are free you are laughing.

Thanks op and jackster JDM.

Also Jackster JDM is quite correct no credit card info is required just the voucher

Heat & Rep added . Thanks again

2 hours later - got it up & running. A bit slow on the upload, but 140 prints (free) coming my way.

Thanks :)

Good post, thanks.

Only issue is that I've followed it and it's still asking me for credit card details - even though on the previous page where I entered the voucher code it showed a £0.00 value. ...
#25
Azzin, as you go through the checkout it will ask at one point for a credit card type (visa, Maestro etc) but on the next stage of the checkout it will recognise the value required is 0, and so won't bother asking for any credit card details.

Hope that helps :-)

I placed at order on the 19th and went to pick up my prints today but was extremely disappointed to see that more then half of the images were pixelated and not clear. I was just wondering should I complain to the store or just let sleeping dogs lie, as at the end of the day they were just free?

That's a shame, tough one to call, i guess that all the pictures looked alright on the screen before hand and if so speak to the customer info call centre number and see what they say, even though they were free they should still be of good quality.

I know it's of no help but all mine came out fine.

Just give them a call and see if they can help:|

So far ordered 180 prints with the 40FREEPRINTS and 50FREEPRINTS using 2 accounts, one mine, one the OH's.

I too set up the prints into folders to simply upload and although it's a little slow it's very easy.

GREAT POST!

Thank you for your advice.

I sent them a email so hopefully they will reply eventually. I just said that I know it was not my digital camera or my laptop that was to blame for the poor images because I have had some of the same photos printed by Photobox and they were fine and that this was the first time that I had used their service and to be honest I was not satisfied.

Good deal. Ordered 100 5x7 pics. H&R added.

Got a "despatched" email last night.
