AntiRansomware

Protects you from Ransomware
Trojans made for blackmailing, so-called “Ransomware”, is the newest threat of cybercriminals. This software, once on your computer, encrypts your private files in order to press money from you to get the decryption key. AntiRansomware was developed specifically to raise an alarm as soon as suspicious activity on your computer has been detected.

Guarding your files in the background
While especially new ransomware doesn’t get recognized correctly by many AntiVirus-applications in time, AntiRansomware has a background guard that uses sophisticated algorithms to detect the patterns all ransomware uses to protect your system even from brand-new ransomware 24/7.

The double net against Ransomware
Is ransomware detected on your system, an emergency routine is started to stop the running encryption and to give you valuable information on how to deal with the malware.

HOW TO GET

Download the full version of Anti ransomware 2017.
Install the program and follow the instructions during the installation to register the tool.
Enjoy!

I wouldn't touch this with a barge pole.

Sounds like ransonware, definitely avoid until people verify this

Hmmm I'm suspicious.
Clicked on the link, it opened a german page & automatically started downloaded the .exe file, so it's putting an exe file on the drive without asking & google translate won't translate the page.

Sorry, & you may mean well, but.......Whoaaa !! alarm bells are ringing !.......

God bless Linux

i would research a bit first, yes.
but regards the auto downloading, the link seems to point to where a previous download was started (../download/thankyou...) so maybe that's why it's jumping in.

you can google translate this page:

Complete waste of time! Backup your pc each week at least, and if you do happen to go to a dodgy site and install an unknown exe, then simply reinstall your backup or fresh install of windows! Basically know where your going and scan before you install!

How about:
Only log in as administrator when you need to, standard account for everyday use
Make sure Windows and software updates are applied as soon as they get released
Uninstall Java unless you really need it ( you probably don't)
Restrict Adobe Flash to sites you trust, and only when you need it (here's how) )
Don't ignore PC warnings about untrusted certificates, macros in documents, files that can't be verified.

This software is free to use if you register after install, no need to buy.
And about software, it does the job where antivirus can not detect that kind of software.
You can research for that kind of attacks and if you get this kind of virus noone can help you just because your files get encrypted.
All of us think that we are secure and those kind of things happen to others....
This software defend you from those attacks.
No need to be offensive if you do not understand how something works...

Virtual machine, anyone?
Or decent sandbox?
It really isn't rocket science.

Get bitdefender total security. Inside does have anti-ransomware.
Or get hitman pro.
