Is angry birds still popular? I got so bored with the concept pretty quickly, like with all casual games.

Funny how Android fanboys are in only ever use "we get free apps". You get Angry birds for free with annoying ads - I would rather pay for it to be honest. And if we are talking App, iOS is the biggest most advanced app store on the market. (For example iPad has over 200,000 apps dedicated. However Android tablets have the pleasure of using 200-300. No exaggeration. Its clear that iOS is the champion.

You like paying extra money on top of your (usually) extortionate bill? Fair enough. I've not bought a single app on my iPhone in two years but each to their own.

By the by, you know that the Apple app store has more apps in it because it's been going longer, right? It's no comment on the platform or anything like that it's just supply and demand. With Android outselling iOS by some margin it won't stay this way and unless Apple can develop "the next big thing" they'll slowly fall back. Just look at all of the court cases they've lost recently trying to defend their IP. They've been hammered. No exaggeration.

I care not for the annoying android vs apple argument, both have their places, but to say that android tablets only have 300 apps is a little odd. I have a tablet, it has lots of apps, and I can get lots more. In fact, I don't think I've seen a single app that wouldn't work so far. I can only assume you mean apps designed specifically for that screen size, in which case android has a massive variety of sizes available. You'd be stupid to design just for one screen size, so they make apps that can adapt to whatever viewport you have. The reason apple has more dedicated apps is because they have more restricted hardware, I don't find that a good thing unless what you need is exactly what apple tell you to need.

I really like the ipad, I prefer it to my android tab, but lets not spread misinformation here.
