Do I just sign up for a normal account on the Anker Web page, or is there some other thing to join for this?

When I signed up for the rewards scheme it stated that emails with the code will be sent out on 25th November.

The email I have says UK as well. Saya I will receive my charger in 30 days so let's see. Small print is as below:

Almost 2 months now! I just emailed them again and await their response.

Havent received mine yet. Contacted their support last week and still not heard anything. Looks like nothings happening with this.

Received email from support today, they offered to 'replace' mine and re-send it.

edit: replacement got shipped today (Jan 18th) with tracking number.

edit 2: received mine todya (24th Jan)

How does the entire thing work - coz I signed up to Anker and got nothing back - contacted their CS who searched their reward program and said there is no details of me entering in any of their rewards programs - what did I miss?

If I rember right they emailed a coe that you had to enter in a website to claim the gift.

I was emailed the original shipping confirmation in early December but the gift never arrived. Queried it at the end of January, they got back to me just over a week later and offered to send a replacement, which arrived within a day.

The original shipment email had no details whatsoever (no specific dates, no courier information or tracking numbers, etc.) yet the replacement shipment email contained all of that, was handled by Amazon Fulfilment and in fact arrived a day earlier than estimated.

Were any of the original orders fulfilled without issue or was this just a stunt to harvest details, costed only to account for the comparatively minor handful of people who'd both remember and be willing to chase up a free gift several weeks down the line? :|
