Text 'Music' to 150

If you already have or have previously had Apple Music tho it seems to glitch and customer service have to add it manually.

Customer service added it for me no issue as the automated system said I wasn't a pay monthly customer which was wrong.

EE CUSTOMERS ONLY.

I just did as you said but got the "We're sorry..." text you got. Did you have to call them after this? I've never had the apple music deal before but I am month 24 of my 24month contract and have no intention of renewing...

Have you already given them your 30 day's notice of cancellation yet?, or .....

As there's absolutely no point in paying more for your Contract with them than necessary?.

Especially if you don't intend to continue with them again like, etc? (that's how I see it anyway ... ) :-)
