Ok so i know its a French website but it still works i have the confirmation email and it shows on my account that i have the game it does support English as well, all you have to do is go to the page (link) get game now (orange box) then enter your account details and you will add it to your origin library...
Also if you use the link on google chrome it can translate the page for you but its easy enough without translation still can help though :)

Replace the "XX" portion of the text with the language abbreviation for the language that you want to use. For example, if you want to change the language to English, you would type "locale = en."
