Don't use expensive 0845/0870 numbers, other numbers also available on saynoto0870.com.

You should onyl need to log in if you want to chat to them (enter your name and email, no need to be registered). The call back service should load straight out on the top half of the page, but just enter your landline/mobile number.

couldent use the link but googled it and came up straight away, easy to use site, sick of being ripped off to phone barclays, so typed barclays in the search box which gave me alternative numbers which begin with 01 . . . havent tried it yet but hope it works as these are the only calls i pay for on my phone package, thanks

There's an online tech support chat thing too, which is also free, and I find way more convenient.

Yes but you have to have a service tag for that

Thanks for this tip off as I've just purchased a new (official 'as new' outlet) Dell desktop, so this may come in handy; although I hope I don't ever have to use it.

Say no to 0870 is great. Saved myself loads by using the alternative 01/02/03 numbers for Virgin Mobile, Talk Talk and Toshiba.
