eBay 100 free listings this weekend - AGAIN!!

fluffykitfluffykit

Yes I know 'nobody' likes it but just thought I'd give the heads up to anybody that might find it useful.

Even after the final value fees and the RM postage rises it has to better than throwing stuff away, doesn't it?

There ia I believe a few more options than Ebay and Throwing away... Even if your desperate to get rid of you could take stuff to a charity shop or Freecycle, that's if the local papers, Gumtree, Ebid, Freeads... need I go on. (_;)

The deal will be when they charge normal rate for listing but give you no final value fee!

That would get MEGA hot lol!

I dont know why people always complain about this. It works well for me...

List everything at the minimum price Im willing to take for it for 7 days (current listings are anything up to £400).
    If it sells, great.
If it doesnt, it hasnt cost you anything, relist the following weekend (or next free weekend).

I've listed quite a few items over the last few months, many of which hasnt sold the first time, but have sold at the same price or higher after relisting (sometimes several times).

Thanks. I used to get the emails from them but not anymore

Well personally I would prefer to pay 15-20p up front then if the item sells for £10, not pay the £1 FVF! I always do the 99p start so don't pay an insertion fee anyway!

Darn I never get any emails at all ever! lol

I've never been charged for listing ever?
I'm confused are certain things free?
I usually put title, 1 image, £0.99 starting, no buy it now, and then I put my HTML designed template where I can put as many images for free...
    Listing fee : £0.00

Has to be a cold from me then. Its the only way to guarantee you will get a decent price coz of all the mindless muppets who flood ebay with extra goods thinking they are going to be better off because its free listing....... Market gets flooded with loads of extra goods and so sells for less.

The maths is simple and so are those who keep falling for this. Only worth while if you are allowed to do fixed listings which it would appear you are not
