Square Enix have just released Mobius Final Fantasy, a new iteration in its popular role-playing series and is said to be custom-tailored for phones and tablets.
Mobius is produced by Yoshinori Kitase and written by Kazushige Nojima, both veterans of the series. The game features an original story being released in chapters, and includes some hallmark Final Fantasy gameplay mechanics like the job system.
There are some significant differences however, among them a new battle system designed to be controlled single-handed, with players chaining attacks and abilities in a "rhythmic flow."
IAP - Though not required to play or complete, the game is also a so-called "free-to-play" (F2P) title, with "Magicite" currency that can be bought using real-world money to help cheaters and weaklings advance faster.
