  By far the best for PC would be TV catch up with all the freeview channels. To aid your PC experiance theres a plugin for XBMC and Windows Media Centre/Center. Now you dont have to invest on either a peice of software or a tuner card just your TV licence.

  XBMC with TVCatchup, iPlayer, ITVPlayer, and 4OD plugins, with a nice skin, and your done :) TunerFreeMCE is good if you use Windows Media Centre, but I prefered XBMC for sorting my video library :)
