Guy at Birmingham New Street said it wasn't valid till tomorrow even though he admitted it said differently in the terms!! Showed me some piece of paper from head office and I couldn't be bothered to argue.

It would only show if you are near Millie's Cookies store or may be within the 5 miles diameter of Millie's Cookies store.

First, you should be on O2, i.e. - Pay as you go or on contract. Then register your O2 mobile number with O2 Priority Moments as instructed at http://www.o2priority.co.uk/moments website. Then download O2 priority moments application on your phone and the offer will come when you are near Millie's Cookies store.

Showed my phone with a text received with the code attached from O2, the text simply said to show to the shop person.
The shop person said we can't accept that, we only accept the live code thats on the O2 Priority Moments App !!

After installing the App I don't see an offer for Millies at all, what a shambles!

EXACTLY SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LUNCH BREAK 20 MINS AGO.. in Victoria station, London. the app is not showing the offer on my phone EVEN after re-installing the app twice, turning my phone on and off etc. That is not correct re: you have to stand next 2 the store 2 get the app because I WAS AT the store and it did not show. They won't accept an email FROM O2 which is riduculous.
I mean not everyone even has a phone that can display the flashing blue screen. Some people may even be claiming the offer as broadband members and have very basic phones. O2 & Millies have messed up.
