Apparently you need to be allergic to gluten to get the free pasta...

oh sorry can someone delete this thread?

Are you joking? It's still a freebie ?
#3
how do you prove your allergic? do you need to send off a blood sample? ;-)

Gluten free pasta is nowhere near as nice as ordinary pasta, you would be better going to Lidl and buying a bag for 19p. Really, its like glue.

It may be like glue, but trust me, to us with gluten intolerance it is a godsend.

Anyway, I got mine, so thanks MM

I'll leave this one to the gluten intolerant I think...

I agree, it is worth it if you are gluten intolerant, I was trying to discourage hundreds of people requesting it and throwing it away!

thanks for this - I'm allergic to gluten so a great freebie

(but I agree - not worth applying for this unless you need to avoid gluten ... it's nothing like normal pasta and quite an 'acquired' taste to say the least!)

I find that its not quite as bad if you take it straight from the heat and into a strainer to get rid of the water - if you leave it even a few seconds in the water as its cooling it gets a lot worse!

Good find, sending off for this (yes I do have an allergy to wheat and gluten)

It's not called 'glue intolerency' it's called Coeliac Disease.
And it's not funny.

I am aware it's not funny, my daughter is gluten intolerant. As I said I was trying to discourage lots of people ordering it just because it was free.
