The website states: ''We want to hear what you think of the Museum of Science and Industry's Cloud Crash artworks. These are three big artworks in separate spaces around the museum site that look at how pollution affects the world around us. You don't need to know anything about art, science or the environment - just come and take a look and tell us about your opinions of what you've seen on the day. We'll give each family / adult group a £20 high street voucher to say thank you.''

They want families with kids aged between 7 and 11 who may never have visited before and want a fun day out and also they want adults under 35 with an interest in science, history or the arts.

You need to register by 8pm on Monday 30th January to show interest. The 2 hour focus group is on Sunday 5th Feb. One £20 voucher per group. It's in Manchester. All the info is on the link.

There's a magical thing called Google.

I just popped it in and found the location in less time than it took you to post that question.

Good luck

Not bad if you were going anyway, if you're going by car it's £7 to park but you do get refreshments so far £7 and you're equal!

Went a few years back and enjoyed the day out, the museum itself is free so even if you have to pay parking its a cheap day out. We make the most of the day out and try visit a few Museums nearby to.

Worth checking out the Manchester Museum (which is part of the University) nearby if you've got time

Since the event at the MOSI is on a Sunday, easy parking on the streets across the road to the Manchester Museum should be free. There is other parking places but we just use that as we go on Sundays.

There is also the Imperial War Museum which is free about 2.5 miles away. Parking is about a fiver for around 5 hours i think it is.

Thats near the Quays shoping centre, which is just across the bridge over the River Irwell within walking distance of the IWM. We spend a few hours in the IWM then cross the bridge to go have a look around there. The Lowry Ary gallery (also free) is near to the Quays aswell

We're going to go on the train, more expensive than parking but more fun to add to the day out :)
