Just been to my local Tesco express and they had little feedback cards by the self-service checkout. I saw that they were offering 25 clubcard points which can be quadrupled into £1 worth of rewards for a feedback survey. Just done it now online and seemed OK

Click on 'If you received a survey invite card' and enter the four digit code

The store code is four digits and starts with 65__ put different numbers in the end just so there is no spike in feedback from one store!

They don't ask for receipt details only an email address or even if you used your clubcard in store so it should be OK

T+Cs Given here: http://ww19.empathica.com/sxml/tesco/PilotSurvey/rules/rules.htm

If you have a Tesco clubcard then more than likely been used whilst shopping so take the survey basing your opinions on past experience. Win win

If people have a club card then I'm guessing they shop at tesco, so the feedback would be useful to the company and if you can be bothered to complete the survey then you deserve the points. Simples.

12 months x 25 pts x 4 (rewards multiplier) / 100 = £12 for pizza?

Go here and follow the instructions - it is a relatively straightforward survey and asks for your clubcard number at the end. I checked the other week and my points for last months survey were credited

I have been trying for 2 days to log on to post a comment at http://www.tescoviews.com. I have given up. You don't make it easy.
You can keep your 25 points. Not worth the hassle. Your staff at Grimsby Market Hotel store are helpful and friendly.

Shop mostly on-line but vouchers system confuses me. Why send ones only usable in store when most of my shopping is done on-line and in store is only for emergencies at a very small outlet?

I am sick to death of having to check my bill very week before I leave the shop. 3 out of 5 times it is wrong. This week it was because an employee was lining up the cereals. I looked at the price under two similar ones and asked him to pass me the cheaper one. I was billed for the dearer one and when I went back to look it was because the price labels were the wrong way round. After learning the hard way I always read the small print because there will be a special offer for, say, chopped tomatoes but they will have filled the stand with plum tomatoes which are not on offer. It's hard enough work trying to work out what is the cheapest option, 1 large or 2 small. Not as straight forward as one would expect it to be, another bugbear we consumers have to overcome. I could go on but why should I. I don't believe that they are all accidental but if they are then there needs to be some serious retraining.

Over the weekend i visited my local Tesco Express at Calmore and much impressed the staff were great, they were all happy and helpful. I was told they were all happy as Ann had left. I had been served by her several times and was disgusted with her customer service. From now on I look forward to my trips to my local Express store.
