I had one for a year and couldn't get anything decent with it. Cold.

What? you must live in the middle of no where as i've had one of these cards for 2 years and its been great, loads of of places to use it. Hundreds if your in london, which I'm not. :D
Good job it was free lol
Great find though if you are dining out midweek.
I've had LOADS of these and keep getting them. Just use a different name (not like they are gonna ID you) and keep getting em whenever they are free
Nope. No card details are exchanged. The card has an expiry date on it and it will just be invalid
Wow costs nearly £80 for the full year. Not worth that as you can probably get most of the offers somewhere else for free.

Yep, that's pretty reasonable... voting cold because the FREE card won't give you half price on your Saturday night steak dinner in central london.
I think it's really good, and you can't really go wrong for free.
But what about sunday-thursday? Plenty of places on those days and no set menu... Not very good at this saving money malarky are ya? :o

Wow that's a massive hike! It used to be £29, which meant it paid for itself within one outing (for me anyway, lol).
A word of warning in that case - if you buy a full membership, it automatically renews every year unless you tell them to cancel. I guess I'll be canceling at the end of my current subscription, especially as the GourmetSociety card is now cheaper and has nicer restaurants on it!
