OMG i'd write to tesco also, they might give you some freebies if you tell them you're not going to shop in their store again! worth a try ha ha :whistling:

Ha! Glad it's not only me! Tesco also refused me use of a valid voucher the other week. They couldn't give me a reason, other than to say it was the manager's decision. Quite embarrassing, it was.

do you have to buy the product (that the voucher is for) at tesco's or can you just give a buddle and get money off your shoping??????
#6
you dont get vouchers until you have bought the goods, then send your receipt in,seems a bit of a fanny on

Tesco now has a new rule on vouchers as a lot of people were abusing the previous system of them handing over loads of vouchers for items not bought. Tesco have now caught onto this and now only accept 1 voucher just for the item bought and it has to be the exact item. So you have to buy what the coupon says now. Greedy people have spoilt it for the rest of us I am afraid. That is what the manager told me las week.

I had the 35p 24hr Domestos coupon refused on Sunday (i did have 24hr domestos in shopping basket), checkout girl said they were told on the Sat not to accept coupons. I sent feedback via web address on receipt and received a call back this morning, said how embarassing it was.....they're sending a £5 tesco voucher as apology.
