GET a new YOU this New Year with our fantastic Change4Life chequebook, worth an amazing £50, FREE for every News of the World reader.
The money-off chequebook will be available in today's paper, via our website and via our amazing new iPad app.
It contains more than £50 of vouchers for Asda, WeightWatchers, JJB Sports and many other places, to help you have a healthy 2011.

We are backing Change4Life's Great Swapathon campaign, which urges Brits to swap unhealthy lifestyle habits for healthier ones.

The new Department of Health initiative aims to help families eat better, move more and live longer.

And the chequebook that will be available from this Sunday has some cracking deals to get you started.

The Asda offers include big money off famous brands including Kellogg's, Ski, Flora, Hellmann's, Warburtons, Nestl!, Robinsons, Uncle Ben's, Cobra beer and Birds Eye.

You can also get big savings on lean cuts of Asda's pork and beef, king prawns, apples, clementines, grapes, potatoes and healthy veg.
And there's a voucher to get £10 off Nintendo Wii Fit bundles at Asda too.

To help you swap the school run with a healthy walk, or the office lift for the stairs, we're giving you £5 off footwear from JJB Sports.

You can also join WeightWatchers for FREE, either online or at a local meeting, and save up to £33. And get 50 per cent off family swims and half-price four-week exercise and activity packages at health clubs and leisure centres.

Plus there are half-price Haven seaside family holidays and free school holiday activities for kids.

There'll also be tips, recipes and diet plans inside Sunday's News of the World paper, on this website and on our iPad ap.

And our doctor Hilary Jones will be giving great advice and medical know-how on staying healthy.

There's even an online swap-box, where you can get loads of suggestions on what to swap in the Change4Life Great Swapathon.

So don't miss out - it's available in the News of the World paper, from our website and and from our iPad app THIS Sunday.

its zero, ie alcohol free. so arguably healthier.
70p robinsons 2L (this is only a £1 at Morrisons)

rest of post seems to suggest ASDA only

Cobra Zero = Alcohol Free. Thats the healthy part
vouchers are a joke - ASDA only plus 1 per transation (and only a month to use them in) so unless you shop at ASDA every day they are useless. I best most people with good intensions to use these vouchers will struggle to break even on the quid paid for the paper.
the Robinson squash is only 1.50 at asda so its only 80p with the voucher, and freeFoodie, you can use more than one per transaction but not multi-buy e.g. use 6 vouchers to buy 6 bottles of squash all in the same transaction.
