  Unfortunately that's what this site is like these days, too many people love to be negative with no valid comments. It's not like it used to be when people were more positive in helping each other out on here.
  
  Yes there are lots of other free backup alternatives but this should still be voted hot as it's free and ideal for many people for basic backup, so you get a vote from me!

  anyone else completely failing to get this to work ??
  signed up, but on my computer all i see on any tab i click is a blank screen and in small letters "User ERI is not set."
  
  and the app tells me that my credentials are wrong for logging in.
  
  already lost patience, back to dropbox.. :|
  
  edit: seriously, if anyone has the iPad app working, please do tell how..

  'Fraid so. My first deal went sub-zero -- it was for a free England car flag. Voted cold, of course, by all those people who knew where you could get paid to take away an England car flag, but didn't bother posting the information.

  - happened to me but it seems to have registered me - try logging in with the details you supplied.
  
  I've somehow managed to register for the 30 day trial and can't see a way to get to the free version

  If you get the 'experiencing problems' message it actually registers you for the 30 day trial. I eventually set up a new account with a new email and managed to register for the free 5GB service.
  
  I cannot see any way of registering for the free service with an account that has been registered for the trial.

  I got the same thing and when i did try again it said I already had an account to the registration must have worked. when I looked at the "my proudcts" link it said I had no licences. Trying to add the 5Gb offer just seems to add a trial to the paid for version.
  
  Not sure I'd trust data of any value to a site that can't get the signup process working properly. I'm sticking to Dropbox too. Thanks OP for the heads op tho.
