Are your system, photos, music and financial data protected? EASEUS Todo Backup, supporting Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7 and Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, is potent FREE backup software providing system backup & restore, hard disk or partition backup & restore, disk clone to protect your system and disk. It can back up whole PC, including the operating system plus your data, applications, settings and everything!

If your system is crashed or Linux based bootable CD fails to restore the system, we recommend you to restore system with WinPE based bootable CD which is more powerful than Linux one: operate without installation, support Windows 7 and Hardware Raid, etc.

Meanwhile, EASEUS Todo Backup is useful if you want to replace the older smaller hard disk by a newer larger hard disk or migrate/upgrade to Windows 7 without reinstalling the operating system and applications once again.

Thanks - Hopefully this works better than the latest Acronis True Image which is one huge fail from my experience (backups corrupt yet validated correctly!).

did you manage to create a bootable rescue disk.?

mine just freezes right at the end

without a boot disk the software is effectively useless.

Have you tried the BartPE Boot CD method outlined in the link? Tried & tested software now with a plug-in for Todo Backup.
Even Easeus recommend it over their own boot CD!

When you say the latest - do you have the new 5519 release which fixes a bucket-load of probs with full followed by incremental backup issues...

I've never updated Acronis but I still love it, no problems over the last 3 years for me :)

Or everyone you could use CloneZilla, Clonezilla.org
It doesn't care what OS you have, and will clone / restore partitions and full disk images from local disk, external USB or network storage.

Sorry but wouldn't recommend above software as better open source products out there. I won't vote it cold though as people are happy to choose to use what they want.
