For Goodness Shakes is the ultimate recovery food.

It provides the optimum blend of nutrition: up to 4-parts carbohydrate to 1-part protein (including the 9 essential amino acids), as well as fluid, vitamins and minerals. Its all there in a bottle - ready to put back what training takes after sport.

Drink a bottle within the 20-minutes after training and itll help you recover fast. Itll re-energise you by re-stocking your energy stores, help muscles to repair and grow stronger with reduced soreness and re-hydrate you fast.

Unlike lab-processed powdered drinks, For Goodness Shakes is smooth, mild and easy on the stomach. Its made from real ingredients so you can enjoy it just like you would a milkshake.

I've yet to see these in the shops.

3 vouchers and not seen them anywhere (supermarkets large and small, newsagents, sports shops)

I assume people in Leeds would prefer a nice bag of chips after a workout :)

:roll::roll::roll: I think he either hasn't got a clue what he's on about or he was pulling your leg.

You need more than 16g of protein in your post-workout nutrition.......and where are ANY of the 18 required amino acids to give the product some efficiency? :?:?

Ahhh, the presence of amino acids and protein assimilation into stressed muscle tissue are closely entwined and scientifically proven.

0/10 for you, must try harder :-D:-D
