"every box selected to your personal tastes"

Don't see any kebabs with chilli sauce in their selection:whistling::whistling:

I know its expensive (apart from the first box obviously), but what a great idea for us 'grazers'! You know...we just seem to nibble continually without really bothering to eat anything substantial

Not the other type of grazer...you know, the people who walk round ASDA eating their food before they've paid and then (usually) present an empty packet at the checkout

I'll give this a couple of weeks trial, i always end up spending over a fiver on lunch in Tesco's anyway maybe this can help get my belly slimmer and my wallet fatter.

The portion sizes on show don't look very big, will let you know how big they are when i get my first one.

Brilliant idea, will give it a go for a few weeks (only selected one day a week, as it looks like it could get expensive!).

Heat added, thanks!

definately crunchy and probably not for thosse hit by the credit crunch. sure would be good for elderly relatives maybe who would be sure of a lunch whilst you were out at work during the day, or when you away on holidays. keep them going til dinner. healthier than most meals on wheels i would think.

Recieved my first box of this today - it's fantastic! :gift: :w00t::gift:

I got 120g of red and white grapes, 50g of ancient forest nut mix and 40g of yoghurt coated apricots.

It all comes nicely packaged in completely recyclable packaging including a napkin, all the nutritional information for the items they have sent you (per 100g and per portion so great for those who are calorie counting) and a bit of information about the things they have chosen for you.

You can rate all the products on their website too so you only ever get things you like and you get chance to re-rate the goods at anytime if, for example, you get something and then decide you don't like it as much as you thought you might!

I tried the graze wellbeing small box which fitted through my postbox without a problem and everything in it was of the highest quality and really delicious.

Highly recommend people give this a go esp if you've made a new year resolution to be healthier!

PS - Have pics if anyone wants to see what you get.

I got pineapple slices, cashew nuts, and cranberry and nut mix which i decided to have for my lunch. Plus it saved me the hassle of going to Tesco's.

I still felt hungry once i'd finished but then i have been eating tons of **** for the last 2 months. Less is the new more apparently...

Got my box a couple of days ago, received pineapple chunks, omega seed mix and some dairy free chocolate beans.. Mine was one of the luxury boxes I think.. Very nice, healthy, well packaged.. Have cancelled though as I don't think it really works out for me.. Would be great if I still worked in an office every day though.. :)

On the right hand side of your control panel thingy it has a bit with your 'regular box'.. I clicked on the 'edit regular box' bit, or something similar.. then in there I unticked the day I had selected and hit confirm.. It then asked me to confirm if I was cancelling the box a couple of times.. job done..

These instructions are from memory as now that its deselected i can't go back through the options precisely.. tis something like that though.. good luck.. :)
