Is it definitely free for the entire call?

I know it's saying "most" are, but some are free for the first minute.

I have this, and should probably use it call relatives in America!

Mum will be pleased to call her brother Xmas morning for free.

the list of rates are here. mostly same as everywhere else (disguised as without Vat for their ratres/with Vat for others) but Canada/USA and Pueto Rico are listed as free with no time time limits etc on calls.

yes. grab Magic App (Magic Jack) and make all the free calls you like.

If you register an account. which is also free, they can also call you for free.

sorry did not notice the BlackBerry requirement. but see if it is available.

is it not just free from within the US/Canada?

I looked up a mobile in Florida and it said there was a cost
#11
mobiles or landlines? or both?
#12

Works on 3G. I personally plan to use this whilst I'm in the states on Three's Feel At Home. Should be interesting :)

mobiles and landlines are the same rate in the USA. mobile owners pay to receive calls out of their plan allowance.
#15
You sure this is free? According to the app itself only the first minute is free?

I suggest that you look up the rates. yes calls to the US and canada are free, and not just the for the first minute, for the whole call.

if you'd read the whole screen grab instead of only the first line.. it actually says this!...

"some calls to the US may incur charges"

maybe just the mobile I want to call...shame

this has changed. it is only free from within the US so my deal no longer stands as the advertised rate is 1.2p/m. if you have a vpn you should able to benefit still though I've not tested it

Isn't it free anywhere in the world if you're calling over wifi? Like Skype?.....I'm confused, and it doesn't take much

My parents have family in Canada who do not have computers (their choice), so this is a great way for my dad to talk to them for free.

I often forget, not everyone has/or wants smartphones or computers around them all the time.
