Then you should get the free beer!
I would infer from the terms that as long as you register your intention to have a party with the big lunch site, then register for the carling you're sticking to the t's and c's.
10.Promotion mechanics:
a.Register your street party with The 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch.
b.Visit Carling.com and follow The Big Jubilee Lunch tab to register for your free Carling.
c.Click ‘Get involved’ to go through to the campaign registration page.
d.Confirm that you are a 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party organiser by confirming and clicking continue in the pop up box that appears.
e.If you are already registered with Carling.com click the ‘Login’ option.
f.If not already registered with Carling.com, enter details.
g.All visitors to the registration page must enter the number of people attending their 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party over the legal drinking age of 18 years old.
h.All visitors to the registration page must enter how many bottles of Carling they require for their 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party.
i.Registrants can choose from the following allocation options which will be supplied in accordance with the number of adults over the age of 18 (one bottles each) attending their street party: 15bottles, 30bottles, 45 bottles, 60 bottles,75 bottles, 90 bottles, 105 bottles.
j.Confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the box provided.
k.It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure only 1 bottle is issued to each person over the age of 18 years old.

Did you receive a confirmation email already?
Are you supposed to receive email confirmation? When are they going to be delivered? If you miss the delivery can you get them resent?
