i heard to do a chlymidia test you had to send a sample of your crap!

Only certain regions/counties offer this service. For example, both Buckinghamshire and Shropshire residents are ineligible.

Probably for areas particularly prone to STI's like Norfolk :p

Oh dear - another uninformed person when it comes to STD testing - no you do not need to send a sample of your crap! lol - all you need is a sample of blood

For this chlamydia screen it's a urine sample for men and a urine sample or **** swab (self-taken) for women.

PS: Sorry, not being prudish, the site blocked out the name of the lady-parts. :)

Well most in the misc won't be needing this then, as most seem to be underage anyway. Just hope Gary Glitter isn't a member

Sick of being asked every time I go to see a nurse, or happen to find myself in the hospital, or anywhere else medical related if I'd like a 'free chlamydia test'. No, I bloody well don't, and if I did, I wouldn't need to be pressured into doing it.

Hell, they even did one without any real consent when I was in hospital, and I wasn't told what it was for until after I asked.

Voted hot from me, I personally don't care how often I am offered free tests etc.
It's not going to harm anyone having the tests, chlamydia is very common, most people who have it are symptom free, but the long term effect (infertility) is devastating.

i think so, yes, a chlamydia testing is done using urine, not crap or blood. :)

Apparently if you sing any lionel richie song in your head during the act, it turns it from a "**** in a dark alleyway" into making love.....or so my mum says anyway.

What a **** society. *FACEPALM*

Who cares what they call it (or what anyones opinion is either (_;) ) The fact remains, it's not only promiscuous people who can get chlamydia!

Wise up, if your partner has an away game you may not know and may end up paying the price. Why bother judging, just get checked out and be safe.

Sorry xenophon, I don't see your point? I'm not asking anyone to care about my opinion. Why would I.

The only reason I posted was to point out that there shouldn't be any preconceived ideas on stds.
Its not only people who "spread the love" who can get them.

If other people post comments about "**** society" and the thread looks as if there is an inference that only that **** society gets chlamydia, then someone needs educating.

I couldn't care less if random trolls don't understand, one point is opinion btw, the other just so happens to be fact!

After thought.......did any of you disapproving types stop to think that the op might have a sense of humour? I thought Miller215 was just having a bit of a laugh ;)

You are saying it's not only promiscuous people that get them. Yeah you are right, the partners of promiscuous people get them also! Those are the only two groups I've known to get it. That's not to say that people shouldn't go and get it checked and get it sorted out. I agree with you there of course. But don't jump on people because they are stating something which is true but you don't like to hear.

You said you don't care about peoples' opinions. All I was saying is if you have that attitude towards other people's views, then why should anyone take any notice of what you say?

Will 'Dancing on the Ceiling' work, or is that not romantic enough?
