  I have tried the Sainsburys Local store in Waterloo and they are saying they are not one of the participating stores.
  I called their head office and they said to go back and try again if any issues then to tell them to contact their customer care phone number.

  I won! I had to tell them that I had spoken to their head office and again if they had any issues with it they needed to call their customer care number.
