  If you are between the ages of 13 and 25 you can get free condoms, lube, dams and advice from any C Card point and all the info you have to give is the start of your postcode (e.g. EH5) and your date of birth. No need to vote this cold tho :(

  When I was a co-ordinator for the scheme four years ago, you could get them at any age. But under 16s have to go to particular points, to be counselled first.
