I got a leaflet in this weeks Moneyweek and thought it might interest someone on here so here's the deal.

Get a free copy of The Economist and a Complimentary 1GB Memory Stick if you do it before 5th May. All you need to do is text ECON to 60300 and they will call you back. You just need to quote STK18. Alternatively you can call 0845 286 3106.

Good question. The T&Cs are as follows:

"You will be charged one text at your mobile provider's usual text messaging rate. Calls cost up to 2p/min plus a 6p set up free from a BT landline. Mobile and other provider's charges may vary. UK offer only. Lines open 8am to 9pm, Mon-Thurs, 8am to 8pm, Fri-Sun. Terms and conditions: This offer is limited to one copy per UK address. Offer closes 31st May 2011."
Is it just the one copy or is it a subscription that you have to cancel?
same question - do you have to give bank or cc details?
You do notneed to leave any details i got it ok free copy free memory stick !
The leaflet makes no mention of having to supply those details but I couldn't confirm one way or the other. However, judging by the post above mine it appears you don't have to.
no bank details needed guyz!!! u get one copy of mag and one usb stick!!! great...heat added!!!
They also offer you to get 13 issues for just a pound...
