Please be wary of this offer, my dad did and if your not careful they charge you a monthly fee. The bank said he must have ticked a wrong box so would not help him to get his money back. I seem to remember him saying it was around £120 they took in total over about 6 months. LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE BOXES!!!!!!!
It a fab offer though as long as you don't get caught out on there little trap!!

I have never seen anything along the lines of a monthly fee, and have placed many orders with them. There is nothing they could charge a monthly fee for!

I'm suprised anybody went to the trouble of posting a vistaprint deal. Just google ''vistaprint dispute''. I also fell into their trap.. & got charged unknowingly ...spoke several times to a chap called michael smith (0800 028 8251) over in the West-Indies , I'm still waiting for my £20 refund after I cottoned on to the scam 6 months on. They give you some free complementary cards etc if you pay postage, but a lot of people don't realise that in the flurry of confirmation emails that follow is buried an opt-out , if you miss it , then be prepared to be charged a minimum of £10 by stealth.., I got hit twice before I cottoned on. Several calls to Michael Smith later , I was no nearer a refund despite promises to that effect. Anyway I cancelled the card as I had a feeling they were about to make another monthly deduction. A word of advice, Avoid this deal like a plague. By the way there is a reputable floral company which was up to the same scam working hand in glove with some web discount company. Just google it to find out!!
    You have been warned!!

I have used vistaprint many times and not been charged any monthly fee's. I have also passed there details on to others and they have also been happy with there products. My kids love having there own personalised things.

I must point out that it is not entirely free as they have other offers to entice you or entice there product i.e. glossy, uploads, matching envelopes etc.

The bad thing about this company is that you get a lot of emails from them with special offers. However, You just put them in the trash bin.

I saw a vistaprint deal too on HUD, booked a tshirt and was lucky enough to google it up after receiving my item. Apparently when you make a transaction they will subscribe you to their rewards programme which will charge you 10 pounds/mth... I went to the bank and reported the card lost and had them reissue me a new one before they could start charging me. So pls be wary of this company, it doesn't matter if you clicked "subscribe to rewards programme" in the end or not, or if you managed to cancel your account after you subscribed.

Hi - I also got caught in the vistaprint monthly fee trap, and I didn;t select anything relating to a subscription service. I wouldn't recommend.

AWFUL AWFUL company. I have never purchased anything and opted out of their email alerts at least 15 times. I was getting emails far too regularly from them telling me they wanted to gift me with products.

If looking for quality and reliability, I would go to a local printing company.

I agree. They caught me on this too, and I KNOW I did not tick any boxes to become a member. Stole over £100 from me. Just don't go there. If you want cards try www.saxoprint.co.uk. They send the cards first and then you send a cheque.

I had problems with vista print as well, and there offers are not free as they make up for it with the itamised postage.

I have heard nothing but bad press for this company, so sorry but have voted cold.

Vistaprint are just about the cheapest deal around for printing, and super quality too.
I've been using them for years.
There are no membership fees or scams. Just select what you want and just pay for what you want.
Why this has been voted low I really don't know!?

Be very careful with this company I was charged monthly without knowing. Just like the comments above.

well, i've got a router from amazon and discovered the leaflet for this company in the parcel... I'm going to contact amazon and telling them to check on the offers of spam (coz this is what this company does!) that they insert into their parcels!

I got caught with this rewards programme with vistaprint and found they had taken several months from 2 seperate (sort of) reward companies. I emailed them stating that I never agreed to it and wanted it refunded straight away. I recieved a reply saying that it would be done and then spotted the extra payments going back a couple of months - sent another email and they have promised this will be refunded too! Will check statement but I have it in writing so will fight it if its not been returned
Vistaprint in themselves tho are cheap and good quality!

Before buying from Vistaprint - look at this google search on "vistaprint charging' - as it returns thousands of matches where people have had money withdrawn continually from their credit cards afterwards.

Here are a few quotes JUST FROM THE FIRST PAGE - but why not check for yourself.
