Free alternative to the paid version of Spotify for 12 months.

It enables to download music to your device so that you can listen to it offline as well as other features.

All you need to do is to register an account (should work with existing accounts but I'm not 100% sure) on any browser and then go to the "An EE customer with a Deezer offer? Activate now", follow the instructions and you'll be sent a code to your mobile. Put that in and you're all done, free for 12 months.

If you have friends or relatives that have one of these contracts but don't use music streaming you can get them to get the code and you can activate the freebee yourself as there's no link between email addresses and phone numbers.

Edit. This doesn't appear to work for every EE contract, but it's worth checking if it will work for yours! If it gets a couple of people a 12 month freebie then it was worth me posting ;)

Doesn't let you choose Tmobile or Orange, only EE
#2
I don't think it's the full premium version, as it mentions a £4.99 upgrade

I've amended the title and description, but I'll have a look into both of those things later.

Personally the only "premium" feature I need is to be able to download the music onto my phone's sd card so I'm not sure about the rest!

Yeah I received the same text. Shame :(

Looks like this is only for specific contracts that have Deezer included or selected as a free add-on when the contract was started, I have a 24 month contract but get this message when I try.

We're sorry but we cannot find a valid Deezer subscription attached to this mobile number.
If you have chosen Deezer Mobile as your inclusive add-on or subscribed to Deezer Premium+, please check here to ensure your account is up to date: http://addons.ee.co.uk/

Seems it's a bit hit and miss, sorry guys. Worth a quick try though. I'll try and find out which accounts are applicable

Follow the link to the Deezer website and you can find the EE offer there (I couldn't find the EE offer on the app either)

If this is back then hot but I think you will only get it if you have an ee contract taken out before March 2014 and only on qualifying contracts. I have it and love it but ee speed offering over a year ago. Let's hope it's back!

Op loved your edit.. If it works for some people then it's worth it. It works for me, regardless, keep it up!

Am I missing something? I click on the offer on my phone using my data tariff just in case it needs to somehow know you're definitely on EE and it says I've got it as I've got this confirmation:

http://i1341.photobucket.com/albums/o754/d47el4m/Mobile%20Uploads/Screenshot_2015-06-29-03-14-08.png_zpst3z5gn2x.jpeg

I then go to use the app and there's adverts and it won't let me play a song just a radio of the artist or album which is the same as the free version. I then did a search online and Deezer only have a Free or Premium+ service as they got rid of the premium service. On EE's website it says that Premium+ is an extra £4.99/month.

http://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/entertainment-add-ons/deezer/deezer-premium-plus-offer

So by doing this do you get any benefit over the Free service? I've tried it twice, once using my old Deezer account and again by setting up a new account and both times the same message comes up but it's just a standard Free account!

I've been using this for a while, had it when I had "swappables" on orange and then got it when I upgraded to EE. It is good, though occasionally a little glitchy but for free I'm very happy! I tend to use it to try and find new music and decide whether I want to buy it at some point (I like to physically own music!)

deezer via ee let's you download music to listen offline and let's you save to sd card. just go into app settings and change the location. The only feature you do not get is the ability to listen and sync music to your pc. I've has this for over two years with ee and you have to have it as a specific add on to your contrac. I'd be lost without it, all the latest releases courtesy of ee for free. Im making sure it's added to my renewal next month

Not available as an included addon for my ee account. £15.99 connection I got along with £95 amazon voucher last month.

I don't get it

I'm going call ee see what's what. Had contract for 18 months.

If you can an get a solid answer as to exactly how who is entitled to this, that would be great!

Not for all EE customers. Below is from their website;

If you joined EE on a pay monthly plan with unlimited minutes before March 26 2014, you also get an inclusive add-on to enjoy on top of your monthly minutes, texts and data allowance.

You can choose from:

Music inclusive add-on - millions of tracks to stream or listen to offline on your phone.
Games inclusive add-on - take your pick of great HD games.
Mobile TV inclusive add-on - watch your favourite shows wherever you are.
Getting your inclusive add-on

Choose your content add-on on your phone by going to http://addons.ee.co.uk. From here you can select the inclusive add-on you want and then you'll be redirected to an app store or web page to download your selected service.

After you've had the add-on for 30 days you can go through the same process to change it if there's another compatible add-on available. If you're having trouble getting your inclusive add-on, please remember that you need to be on an eligible 4G phone plan, which includes an inclusive add-on. To find out if you're entitled to an inclusive add-on, head over to the EE online shop to see details of our phone plans.

I did clearly state at the bottom of the description that it isn't for every EE contract - I added this straight away after the first person said they couldn't get it with their contract. BUT, as was just mentioned, there's a slim chance that you could get it added if you call up to complain. I'm going to give it a go next week.

And how long has your current contract been running for since you last renewed?

I had it and when I upgraded it's disappeared. Only reason I stayed with EE is because I love using Deezer. Fortunately I'm still in my initial 14 day period. If they don't reactivate it I will be cancelling.
