Hi guys, quick question I have eczema on my face but also get acne from using steroid creams because they are more oily, will this also cause acne and blocked pores or is it ok?

My hubby has has very bad excema on his feet and many products tried do not work. So I am hoping this does.

I think drying your skin properly ( I do it with a hair dryer on low setting ) , before applying any cream (sparingly) really helps , use rubber gloves for washing up ,and Savlon is great for acne .

My GP prescribed me Protopic ointment 0.03% (generically called Tacrolimus monohydrate) 30g for my pompolyx eczema after having exhausted Eumovate, Betnovate and Dermovate over the years. You need to have a break between applications so you don't use it for more than a few days at a time.

Drinking alcohol in moderation, eating less fatty and rich food, drinking less caffeine and sugary drinks as well as increasing fresh fruit and veg intake and drinking more water have also helped me with my eczema and digestive system. Hope this helps someone.

DON'T USE STEROID CREAMS!! They thin your skin and cause hair growth, Use a cream without steroids and paraben free etc, I am using salcura zeoderm at the moment for eczema on my neck which looks like a love bite, so paranoid everytime I get it. Would love to try this, not working though.

Steroid Creams are sooo bad for you, they push the eczema back into your body, so it can come in other ways eg asthma. These creams dont help at all. I used one on myself and it bleached my skin on my forehead and my eyebrows actually fell out.....
Would love to try this too gutted its not working

Hi I have had psoriasis since my teens nearly forty years. Five years ago I was diagnosed with MS it is very difficult to find medication for psoriasis that doesn't have a detrimental effect with my MS medication. If Dermalex is as good as documented it could be just what I've been looking for. Does it really work ?
