I still have two from 10 years ago when they were included in every box of washing powder.
Am I a hoarder or was able to predict the future?

They sent me one last year and I threw it straight into the bin..Useless so and so's sending out crap to customers what should be included in every pack with the ridiculous prices we pay for powder nowadays..Its churned out by the ton at a few pence and they sell it for billions on the worldwide market!

Drop into Farmfoods, Lidl or Aldi, they have the cheapest washing powders whose price you can use to benchmark, at supermarkets buy the basic or essential range. Maintaining a brand is very expensive in celebrity endorsements, campaigns and promotions, and this cost is passed onto the customer.

Haven't you heard the world had moved on we don't create excess plastic that just ends up in the bin. Think of the children their children and the future you will leave them if there is one in every pack

These dosing devices are always much larger than the largest dose of detergent required. So people fill them up and use double the detergent required, costing a lot of money, exactly what the manufacturer wants. Instead buy a set of measuring scoops from a pound shop and use the 60ml one in your powder. That way, lazy teens can't just fill it up to 120ml. ;) You only use what you need.

do u have to fill it right up?? i mean there is a measuring guide on the side of the scoop someone must be really stupid to think that it has to be filled right to the top.

If you re read my post, I said that people just automatically fill it to the top, without thinking, teenagers etc in particular. They don't bother checking the dose marks. And why do you think the manufacturers make the scoop larger than the maximum dose, if not hoping people will overdose the machine. My son still overuses my expensive fabric conditioner so I have a cheap brand at the front of the cupboard for him and my Lenor hidden behind.

Ordered, thank you :) been using a protein powder scoop lol.

Just a note
The dosing scoop is complete pants (basically a sheet of plastic that you fold to make a cup)
Free is free but dont expect the good quality ones that used to be free

I received a cardboard one which I threw away. And a few months later out of nowhere I received a proper one (as shown in pic) as well. Lol
