The Gherkin, 30 St Mary Axe (17/09 & 18/09 - usually closed to public)

Brunel Museum, Rotherhithe (17/09 & 18/09 - usually £6)

The Walthamstow Pumphouse Museum, Winchester House (17/09 & 18/09, usually only open Sundays)

Some of the places included in the offer in the Doors Open Days Scotland offer include:

Pollok House, Glasgow (18/09 - usually £6.50)

Cairn O' Mohr Winery, Errol - Perth & Kinross (25/09 Sep - usually £6)

Botanic Cottage, Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh (24/09 & 25/09 - admission to gardens usually free, Glasshouse admission £6.50)

Some of the places included in the offer in the Open Doors Wales offer include:

Beaumaris Castle, Anglesey (24/09 & 25/09 - usually £6)

Everything good needs to be pre-booked and unfortunately all of them are FULLY BOOKED

Scotland and Wales have several towns/cities with these free activities, but England has .....just London!! oO:(

check the site, some popular ones tend to be lottery, others are as you asked, some are based on early registration

Open House London happens every year on roughly the same weekend, so mark your calendars for next year! (Exact dates will be posted on the site after this weekend is over):

And yes, DO pre-book as they get swamped with interest and the best events fill up fast.
