Info for Oct 2011 bookings for Xmas 2011 (nicest place to go to & cheap too!!!)

All children booked to see Father Christmas receive a festive activity gift at the wishing tent and a gift from Father Christmas in the Grotto. Refreshments are available to purchase whilst you have a short wait to see Father Christmas and you can capture this festive family occasion on your camera.

This is a timed event and to ensure a comfortable walk through the landscape we advise you to arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes BEFORE your booked time. Your timed slot commences at the wishing tent and the walk to the Grotto takes approximately 20 minutes. Tickets are valid for all day entry to the park. The route to Father Christmas on Grotto island is lit from dusk onwards. Please remember to wear outdoor clothing and suitable footwear.

Please be aware that timed child tickets sell out quickly and it may not be possible to purchase additional child tickets within the same time slot - please book all your requirements early to avoid disappointment.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum 4 children per adult. Tickets for adult only groups cannot be purchased. Child only tickets cannot be purchased. For extra tickets a separate booking is required.

Dogs, pushchairs, prams, buggies and strollers are not allowed through the wishing tent or Grotto.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations or amendments to tickets. Refunds are only given if the park is closed due to exceptional circumstances.
Painshill Park Members are required to produce a current membership card on the day of visit or normal entry fees apply.
