Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees and their families of Virgin Trains, affiliated companies, suppliers or agents.
There are 12,500 free First Class return tickets, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are therefore subject to availability. To claim your free First Class Virgin Trains return ticket send your used London-Manchester (or Manchester-London), London-Glasgow (or Glasgow-London) or London-Liverpool (or Liverpool-London) boarding card stub and application form to Plane Relief Plus, PO BOX 660, SLOUGH, SL1 4FX. If your claim has been successful you will be sent a promotional code that you will need to use when booking your free tickets on http://www.planerelief.com
This offer is valid on any London-Manchester (or Manchester-London), London-Glasgow (or Glasgow-London) or London-Liverpool (or Liverpool-London) one way or return flight only between 01/04/07 and 31/05/07 inclusive with any airline operator. Only one claim per person.
Flights taken on any other route or outside the stated promotional dates will not be eligible to claim the promotional offer.
Photocopies of boarding card stubs will not be accepted.
On West Coast services complimentary food and drinks in First Class are served at-seat on weekdays. You can enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast on most morning services, with a selection of tasty deli style snacks at other times of the day. At weekends there is a reduced First Class service and you can collect complimentary tea/coffee, water and biscuits from the onboard shop.
The free First Class Virgin Trains return ticket is valid on any journey to and from London Euston or between any other stations on the Virgin Trains West Coast mainline route. Breaks in journeys cannot be made.
Seats are subject to availability and customers may need to be flexible about time of travel. Seat reservations are compulsory for both outward and return journeys. The reservation number will be on the free ticket. You must travel on the services you are reserved on. If you travel on any service other than the service you are reserved on you will be subject to the appropriate excess charge for the journey being made or penalty fare.

and enter your pin code. Only 1 code will be issued/application. Tickets are reservable online from 23 April 2007. Unfortunately system limitations dictate that we cannot guarantee seats will be placed together on two separate applications.

Free First Class Virgin Trains tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.
The closing date for applications is 30 June 2007.
Free First Class Virgin Trains return tickets must be used by 31 October 2007. The final day for booking is 30 October 2007.
No applications will be accepted from third parties or in bulk.
