Not a deal, link doesn't work, apart from that, great.

Works fine for me and the fonts are indeed free, so seems like a good deal to me? Maybe should be in the freebie section?

Link if it doesn't work properly for others.

Works now, still not a deal though :)

Some really cool fonts there - tried to copy them to my 'fonts' folder though and it keeps saying the file isn't valid, it's .ttf though :?

Apologies, meant to post this as a Freebie and not as a deal, can a Mod or Admin do the necessary for me, ta :)

Don't suppose you care to share how I get them onto my computer?

I have Word 2007 and when I try to drag the file to my fonts folder I get an error message saying that the file isn't valid

save them to a folder, then right click the .ttf file, and choose Install.

although dragging them into the fonts folder should work, im not to sure why it doesn't let you.

I haven't used them on a PC before only on a Mac, but maybe Word won't see them until after you have restarted your PC, just a guess and not sure that will make any difference on a PC or not.
#10
if that fails maybe use a font converter program?

I use this site too, brilliant for design - although be sure to check licences with the fonts if you plan on using them for commercial use.

To install them I've always had to extract them from the zip files to a folder, and then move from that folder to the Fonts directory in Windows. If I did it straight from the zip it gave an error. Hope that helps.

Fonts.... my one true weakness!
The amount of time I've spent on this site for my posters has been immense.

I always find the font can have some serious impact on an image. Don't be afraid to spend your time looking for that style that's sitting up in your head. If you see one you quite like on the site be sure to check if the author has an advertised site or click on their name to view all their work.

Start > Control Panel > Fonts > File > Install new font > Find the font in the folder you downloaded it to > Click OK

Little guide for anyone who is stuck ! ^^
