To encourage sushi "virgins" to try something new just text "virgin" to 60300 and get texted a code to show in your yo sushi restaurant for any free plate from the conveyor belt

any day except monday until 31st july and you can have one plate per day.

pretty handy if you work near a yo sushi! lunch sorted for the next six weeks.

what if we have free messages?
also, is it one plate per person? so if 3 people go, do we get 3 plates free?
#8
I was told when I got the flyer today that each person in a group of people must be able to show their own voucher code......

Don't know how much it costs to text cos I haven't done it yet!

YO! Sushi House of Fraser Croydon

I do visit Croydon from time to time, but unless I'm going down there I may have to pass on this.

Also, the short code T&C is a little worrying. Most of us have free texts yes, BUT there may be an additional charge for the "premium service". I've fallen into this trap before so would like others to comment who've gone for this deal.
#18
good offer - heading into liverpool today, might just pop down and try some sushi :P

Thanks heat and rep added!!

used my daughters phone as she gets free texts and only had 38p on phone (pay as you go) Found out it cost the price of standard text- did not get it free. Only cost 10p though. (orange network) so great deal!!

Free cinema sun (shrek) followed by free sushi (well 50p for 5people, before people say it's not FREE!!)
Great as sushi place is right outside of cinema to metrocentre!! :-D

P.s- just to note the plates at sushi are not big, so 1plate won't fill you. In my opinion cheap snack or will need to buy more- but fab offer!! xx

This is a premium rate text, and hence will cost 10-12p, even for those with free standard texts.
However, how anyone can complain is beyond me, this is a free plate of sushi for 10p! I can no reason is too small.

I don't think people are concerned about 10p I know myself I was worried it would be a lot more than that! You still hear stories about people getting sent loads of texts and it costing them money every time etc I just wanted to confirm it's not like £1 per text or anything once you send the initial text

I had the same worries as you that's why i tested it first on my daughters phone (only 38p left on and pay as you go) thus impossible to charge me a lot!! will get hot in here now worries are gone :-D

Sorry, I suppose I don't really think of Croydon as being in London (even though I must admit my Transport for London travelcard could take me there, wild horses couldn't). :giggle: I suppose on the basis of proximity we could also count the following as being in London too: YO! Sushi Bluewater, YO! Sushi Eden High Wycombe, YO! Sushi Lakeside, YO! Sushi House of Fraser Reading.

I think thats being a little j[email protected]tus :whistling: as none of the additional places you mention would be covered by the Oystercard! Oddly, Slough is covered (by 81 bus) but but this is neither the time nor place to discuss TFL!

Top reply :p This is what freebies on HUKD is about! Sounds like the kind of day I am always pining for but rarely achieve ;-)

Cheers for the tip on the small plates - I'll prob have the leftovers from the kids anyhow and then buy them a McD's or something alive...

Anyone know why this deal can't be used on a Monday? I know a lot of restaurants exclude weekends from their promotions but excluding Monday seems a bit strange...................
